Pesto 

  • 2 med cloves garlic
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, cleaned and dried
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated

Blend until smooth.  Stir in cheese.  Can be frozen.
