Yukon Gold Potatoes
& Sage
Put olive oil in bottom of baking dish. Cover with fresh sage leaves then
sprinkle with sea salt.
Cut potatoes (leave skin on) and toss in olive oil so they won't dry out while baking.
Put on top of sage cut side down.
Bake about 40 to 45 minutes in oven at 400 degrees.
